Reflexology uses pressure points, reflex zones and meridians on the feet which correspond to the parts of the body, i.e. organs, skeletal structures, glands etc.... It may help to identify any possible ailments or weaknesses in any of the areas. A leg massage up to the knee is also included in this treatment.
